For over 4 years Nic worked in the Randy River office as graphic designer with Eva Yeung. He did many illustrations which he would scan into Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator to manipulate. Then these designs would be produced into kick-ass t-shirt screen prints and embroidery, to be sold in Randy River clothing stores across Canada. He also took photographs of RR clothing and combined these with graphics for in-store posters and Access Magazine ads.
When Randy River was testing the market for a girl's clothing line called Randy Girl, Nic was on the front lines with dope designs that would bridge the world of skate/snow boarding culture with female fashion. His digital technical sketches of clothing were detailed and precise, and his in-house product knowledge booklets were full of creative anecdotes and funky fresh flavour. His talents were so appreciated that he also developed branding and product for other International Clothiers lines as well such as Fair Weather, Fiorucci, Mecca, and Isaac Mizrahi.
